Roger Reeves
Roger Reeves is the author of聽Best Barbarian聽(W.W. Norton & Co., 2022), which Tracy K. Smith called 鈥渁 revelation and a form of reparation,鈥 and聽King Me聽(Copper Canyon Press, 2013), a聽Library Journal聽聽Best Poetry Book of the year, and winner of the Larry Levis Reading Prize, the PEN/Oakland Josephine Miles Literary Award, and a John C. Zacharis First Book Award. His poems have appeared in journals such as聽Poetry, Ploughshares, American Poetry Review, Boston Review,听补苍诲听Tin House,聽among others. He was awarded a 2013 NEA Fellowship, Ruth Lilly Fellowship by the Poetry Foundation in 2008, a Hodder Fellowship from Princeton University, two Bread Loaf Scholarships, an Alberta H. Walker Scholarship from the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center, two Cave Canem Fellowships and a Whiting Award.

Sam Roxas-Chua
Sam Roxas-Chua聽濮毬(Yao) is a聽transracial/transcultural adopted person. He is the author of聽Saying聽Your Name Three Times聽Underwater,听Echolalia in Script,听Fawn Language,听and the podcast聽Dear Someone Somewhere,听an audio-journal project.聽His聽open-form calligraphy, artworks, and writing have appeared in聽various journals and galleries. Sam is a poet in the periphery,听a multimedia聽artist, field recordist, and an amateur radio operator. He鈥檚 read for PEN聽International, city government events,听and is currently an artist-in-residence聽at the Portland Chinatown Museum. Poet Tyehimba Jess describes Sam鈥檚 poems聽as聽鈥渟urreal yet rooted in palpable color and history 鈥 it transcends oceans,听blends geographies, and bleeds a multitongued聽heritage for us to better find聽ourselves.鈥
