January 25, 2021 ºÚÁÏÉç Tri-Cities plans for additional in-person learning for Fall 2021
Dear ºÚÁÏÉç Tri-Cities campus community,
After careful consideration, and in conjunction with other Washington State University campuses, ºÚÁÏÉç Tri-Cities anticipates offering more in-person classes and activities for fall 2021.
Safety is our top priority. Expanded production and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, combined with proper safety measures that adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, make our forward progress in offering additional in-person learning experiences possible. We will also continue to provide accommodations for faculty, staff, and students who need to work or learn remotely.
Detailed plans will be developed in the coming months, based on latest guidance and regional conditions.
Fall 2021 semester course schedules are expected to be available online in early April.
Should conditions change regionally or statewide, ºÚÁÏÉç Tri-Cities will be prepared to quickly adapt to remote delivery.
Stay tuned for further information and I encourage you to read the . Updates will continue to be posted to the ºÚÁÏÉç Tri-Cities COVID-19 website: tricities.wsu.edu/covid-19.
I am excited by the potential to see you in-person this fall!
As always, to help control COVID-19, please continue to practice the three Ws:
- Wear a mask
- Wash your hands
- Watch your distance
Sincerely,
Sandra Haynes, Ph.D.
