On-campus requestor (faculty, staff, student): request space in Be sure to add in the appropriate 鈥淩esources鈥 to your event, as this signals campus partners to support your event.
Off-campus requestor: please fill out this form to 鈥渙fficially鈥 request your space.
Step 3: Wait, I need other resources!
Complete other event-related forms.
Video Conference Support
On-campus requester (faculty, staff, student): Can be done within your 25Live Pro event or meeting request by clicking the resource guide (link to Shirley 25Live resource Guide).
Off-campus requestor: Can be made by clicking the option 鈥淎udio/Visual Equipment or Support鈥 needed.
